Athena is the proud mother of a litter of seven 2 month old kittens. They were found together in a bag in a pedestrian underpass in Jeonju, abandoned in the bitter cold. Animal control found them and brought them to our vet's office last week. Luckily for Athena and her poor kittens, they were rescued, and now have a safe and warm place to live for the time being in our vet's office. We are hoping for a real happy ending for each and every single one of them...they are friendly and adorable cats, and deserve to find wonderful forever homes.
Athena is about 1 year old; she is very independent, and loves her freedom to roam around when we came to visit and let her out of her cage. She is skinny, and is being fed a healthy diet to help her gain the weight she should be at at the moment. She has seven adorable kittens, all of whom are up for adoption as well, starting this Saturday, 1/12/13. We are waiting until Saturday to list them on ARK, because several people have already made reservations for them at the vet's office, but we are not sure which of those will follow through or not. Check back here for updates on them soon, or, if you are in the area, come by and see them for yourself! Shoot me an email if you are interested, and I will give you more information.
