Leo has a new home!
Leo is about 8 weeks old and was rescued from living in a university garage. He has been in foster care for only a week and is coming along swimmingly. His foster mom said this:
"Initially, he was very shy and a bit uneasy. But after only a couple days, he was crawling out and playing all the time. And yesterday night I woke up to find him sleeping next to me! He is very affectionate and intelligent. He's never had a potty accident, and learns quickly about his surroundings as well as what he can and cannot do. He's one of the smarter, more loving cats I've known, and I've had a couple cats in the States. He always wants to be in the same room as you. He might dart underneath the bed when you come home, but as soon as he realizes its you, he'll come out to say hello and then follow you around."
Leo is by far the most adventurous of his siblings, which luckily made him very easy to catch and is also helping him adjust marvelously! His amazing foster mom is willing to give his new owner her cat carrier and scratching post along with his toys (he loves to play). Unfortunately, he has a fungal skin infection above his eye, but it is being treated. It should clear up in a couple of weeks.
He will make someone a great pet; please consider giving him a home.

I'm so glad he's in foster care and being taken care of. Fungal infections are no fun. I hate thinking about what would have happened if you guys hadn't come along and helped him out. Fungus.....yuck.
