Willie is living with Sam(http://www.animalrescuekorea.org/cat/2575)
Anisa decided to foster Willie and we are wait and see if Willie is doing well at home.
Anisa had him and Sam get neutered last week and Willie finished the vaccination. (We already gave him two times and Anisa finished it.)
Willie is doing well with Sam and Anisa's family.
I'm expecting they keep Willie with great love~

Does he have calici virus?

Actually he didn't get any injection yet so we don't know if he has calici virus or not.
How about Charlie? Is he still taking any medicine for it?
Toto is in the same room with all cats in Asan shelter and some of cats have the symptoms of sneezing and drooling.
However we can't touch them because they are so wild. :(
I think it's not a matter to be with the cat having calivi virus if the cat has not serious symptoms.

Well Charlie has Calici and will have if for his entire life. it's an auto immune disease that make it so he can get sick easier that's all but it is very contagious to any other cats. i'm looking to try and find a foster friend for Charlie who already has Calici virus. that way he doesnt infect anyone

I think I should take a test for him to make it sure.
I'm going to check him on Sat and let you know about it.
if he got an antibody for Clici, it will be okay to be stayed with Chalie. :)

Hi Megan, I'm so sorry I didn't answer you.
I checked his mouth but he didn't have any symptoms of calici virus.
I know I shoud take him to the vet last week but I had to drove for 300km for adoption. Sorry , I couldn't make it for Willie.
I can suggest this way.
At first, let me check the kit to know that Willie has calici virus or not.(i mean antibody) if he has it, you can start fostering care. because he has antibody.
if he has not it, I will start the injection for him.(ask Mr.Park to take him to the vet for injections) it will takes about 9weeks for FRCVP.
I have to ask Mr.Park to do this instead of me. If you have an additional room, it would be better you to take him to Anipet. Injection fee will be covered by me.
If you have any other good idea, let me know.
I'll call to Mr.Park tonight. Thanks Megan.

Hi Megan, Willie is doing well and looks very healthy.
We will start the vaccination for young kitten in the next week.
How is it going Charlie's calici symptoms? If he doesn't have any symptom, it is not contagious to Willie.

Hi ladies!
Megan, I hope you and Charlie are doing well these days. I miss that handsome boy very much! How's his health? Is his calici symptoms very bad? What did the vet say about possibly bringing Willie into your home?
Suyoun, how's Willie's condition these days? How long will it take for Willie to receive all his vaccinations? Is it best to wait until he receives all his vaccinations before he joins Charlie and Megan?
It would be wonderful to see Willie join Charlie soon! Thank again ladies, you're both amazing ^^

In the past Dr. Choi has said that if any cat gets into close contact with Charlie they will get Calici. WHICH is why I've been looking for a cat that is already diagnosed with calici to foster. His symptoms are not bad. He has an ear infection right now and his throat is swollen a little but he's getting better.
Suyoun had said that the vaccinations will prevent WIllie from getting the calici but I want to double check with Dr. Choi before i add Willie to the foster family.

Sadly Dr Choi said that a Vaccination will not prevent Calici so that means that unless Willie has calici i cannot take him :'''(
