Kongju is an amazing tiny bundle of cuteness! She was hit by a car near the shelter a few weeks ago, and Mrs. Jung took her in. She had no serious injuries, which is amazing considering how tiny she is. This lucky girl loves people and is full of fun. She would be great for a family with kids or anyone who wants a cheerful, perky little pal! She's so tiny, you could take her anywhere with ease. If you'd like to meet Kongju, please let me know!

What's the winter situation like in Daejeon Paws for little ones like Kongju? Are they indoors or outdoors?

All of the small dogs live indoors, so they are safe from the cold. The place is heated by charcoal and it's a bit drafty, but all in all, it's not too bad.

oooohhhh!!! she's so cute i would love to have her!.i'm currently working in gyeongsan near daegu and i will be able to work there for at least three more years but the problem is how will i bring her with me back to my home country which is in the philippines i don't have any idea about those kind of things. i really really like to adopt but thinking that after doing that i would just leave them behind..it's going to break my heart.

Hi Deborah, I sent you an email about Kongju. I live in Daegu but I would absolutely love to adopt her. I am waiting on my adoption application to be processed but hopefully by next week I should be all good to go! Please get back to me on her status!

Hi there! Thanks for your interest in Kongju. I did get your email and just didn't get a chance to reply yet. Kongju is not in the KAPS shelter, she is in Daejeon Paws, so you need to get our application, fill it out, and send it back to me at my email address. I'll email the form to you, and we can take it from there. Thanks!
