Update: This pup got adopted by a Korean boy and his family last night. They even have another rescued dog that he can play with yay! They will be neutering and getting shots. I am so happy this boy has a home!
URGENT!!!: This was taken after I showered him a little bit (was in a huge hurry to make it to the vet before closing). He should be no more than 2 years old. Seems like he still has some puppy coat.. super soft. The vet thinks he is a Papillon mixed with a Spitz. His medical bills are paid for and I have him in a doggy hotel in 논현동 until friday. These places are expensive. 3 days is costing me a W100,000. His medical bills were very pricey. If I cannot find a foster before FRIDAY then I will have to take him to the shelter which I do not want to do :( I tried bringing him to my home (a studio apartment) and my dog kept trying to attack him. We do not have a name for him.. we are still trying to think of a name!
This poor guy was tied up and most likely escaped by chewing off the rope or whatever tying him up. There was a green plastic ribbon meant for packaging cardboard tied around his neck (had a name of a department store). The looks of the plastic shows he prob. chewed something off to set him free. He was definitely abused. My boyfriend and I found him wandering the streets of Seoul covered in filth. So glad this pup was able to get free because he would have starved to death. He was so skinny and boney. This little guy fell in love with me and would not leave my arms. He is so sweet. I couldn't believe how he could trust me so much when humans have hurt him so badly.. It killed me to leave him at the doggy hotel. At least now I know he his safe.
He is disease and infection free! (Thank God no heart worm) I am so relieved. We had all tests done (super expensive) and gave him medicine to flush out any possible tummy worms. We also gave him heart worm prevention for the month.
Friends please SHARE this post. I am looking for anyone willing to foster or adopt this poor boy. There is not much time. I want to refrain from taking him to the shelter. He is so sweet and calm!!!

I really wish I lived in Seoul (I'm down in Gwangju right now) and was in the situation to adopt immediately. I would've really loved to give this little fellow a home and a name (Peppy comes to mind)... Hopefully, he'll find a good home and a loving family soon. Fingers crossed!
