Ava

Introducing Miss Ava. She is about a 3-4 month old schnauzer puppy who was abandoned on the cold, rainy streets of Ujeongbu. She must not of been on the streets long because she is surprisingly healthy and LOOOOVES attention from people.

Ava is true to her puppy nature and is pretty playful with me, but she's pretty intimidated by the three other dogs in the house (my ladies aren't quite sure what to think). She has only been in my house a few hours, but she's surprisingly quiet. There hasn't been any barking or whining from her, and she has been able to sleep peacefully.

Once I learn more about this little lady, I will be sure to up-date her profile!

Wednesday February 6, 2013 UP DATE:

Ava got all of her shots today. She also got dewormed, is Heartworm Negative, and now has an ISO compliant microchip!
She already had snap tests for Heartworms, Parvo, Distemper, etc and all came out negative!

Ava has been a HUGE hit at my office (I work in a vet clinic), and she has been soaking up all of the attention! She absolutely LOVES human interaction as well as other dogs. She hasn't been around cats or children yet so I am not positive about how she would react, but I have a strong feeling she would love them all. There hasn't been a person or dog she hasn't liked.

Ava is quite the cuddle bug. She is more than happy to romp around, whipping her toy rope around her, but she would rather curl up and take a nap in your lap. Would you like to be that lap? Please fill out an application and send it to the email address listed.

Ava has gone in for a trial adoption with a wonderful couple and her new doggy sister!!! Once the two weeks are up, I will hopefully be moving her profile to the ADOPTED section! Yay! I'm so happy for little Ava!

Ava is now officially ADOPTED! She has the most amazing mommy, daddy, and doggy sister. She has gotten so big and so smart. I am one proud foster mommy :)
