Gorgeous (now "Miso")

Update 19 Sept 2013:
I got a phone call from Gorgeous Miso's foster mom yesterday. Her words were: "I've got to adopt her. I can't live without her!" Now THAT is what I like to hear! Congratulations Brie & Miso! I am SOOOOO happy for both of you! A match made in heaven! :)

Update 24 Aug 2013:
Gorgeous went into foster care 2 weeks ago and is in heaven! Her foster mom adores her with a capital "A"!! She says she is just the best dog ever! Every morning they go for a 2.5 mile run. She is extremely snuggly and affectionate & all-round awesome. I will get a more thorough update soon, as well as some pics. Thank you Brie for taking this young lady into your home!

Update 22 June 2013:
Gorgeous went out on a nice long walk with some volunteers & had a whale of a time! Her beautiful white fur is slowly turning brown though... :( I didn't even recognise her when they first brought her out. Please help Gorgeous!

Update 11 June 2013:
Beautiful Gorgeous is doing so much better now that her foot has healed. She has been moved up onto the hill now and has been walked by a few volunteers. She enjoys her walks immensely & is a pleasure on the lead. As she's so young and wonderful, I am really worried about how being at the shelter will affect her. Right now she is so highly adoptable, but I worry that in time she will start to fade away like the others there... :( Please foster or adopt this girl! International adoptions can also be arranged! Update 25 March 2013:
Good news is that Gorgeous' foot is clearing up pretty nicely. She still hasn't been taken for a walk though, as we don't want to open up the wound. She absolutely LOVES having people climb into her area and give her some love. She gives the best kisses!! Have a look in the comment section below for some new pics of this gorgeous gal.

Update 17 March 2013:
This stunning lady was very happy to see us yesterday! Unfortunately we couldn't walk her because her foot is still really sore. (Luckily it's not an open wound like it was last week.) She still would prefer to be recovering in a nice clean home...
She was also given a dewormer yesterday.

"Gorgeous!" was what came out of my mouth when I saw this girl and her friendly, friendly face attached to a wiggling body and a wagging tail!! The name stuck! It's so simple to say "Hello Gorgeous!" to Gorgeous, because she really is just so gorgeous!

This lovely young girl is an absolute prize. My guesstimate on her age is probably around 1 year old, judging by her wonderful, shiny teeth. She is at the perfect age to be adopted and live a long, happy and loyal life with a human family.

Mr Park rescued her last week (details TBC) and she is receiving special care on a foot injury which was acquired before she came to the shelter. Her right hind foot is missing quite a bit of flesh on the inner section and Mr Park's vet says she will be OK with some extra TLC. It would be far preferable though, to have her foot being treated in a nice, clean home instead of an outdoor shelter environment. (Especially as the weather gets warmer and humidity increases...)
