*Update-16th August*
Rick was adopted last Sunday! Hooray!
*Update-8th July*
Rick is doing great on his adoption trial. His cat sister loves him. He is a great walker and hasn't had many accidents inside his house. It looks really good for Rick in his new home.
*Update-1st July*
Rick has gone on a trial adoption. Rick went home with one of our dedicate volunteers and will be sharing his new home with new cat sister SoomGi. Rick's new mom has said he is getting on great. He is walking really well and mostly pooing on his walks. Rick's cat sister seems to love him so hopefully Rick has found his forever home.
*Update-14th May*
Rick is a smart little guy. It was super hot on dog walking day so little Rick found the perfect spot to relax in the shade. This little guy is very chilled out and easy going. He'd be happy just to hang out with his favourite human. Rick would be great in an apartment as he's not super energetic. I love Rick, he reminds me of the Spot the dog children's cartoons. Hopefully, someone will find a space in their life for this special little guy.
Rick is a new arrival at BAPS and has only been here a few weeks but he is settling in well. Rick is a happy-go-lucky little guy. He is friendly and got along well with the other dogs he came into contact with. He likes people and any attention given to him. He has a really interesting look to him. Almost like a big dog in a little dog form. He'll be jazzed to end up with someone who will give him love, attention, walks and probably some treats too.
Medical history:
Needs a few more rounds of vaccinations. He is receiving them at the shelter.
Not yet neutered.
Heartworm Negative
Rick is a BAPS dog, which means anyone interested in fostering or adopting her will need to complete the adoption application (http://www.animalrescuekorea.org/adoption-application) and volunteer two Sundays in a row (from 11-3) at our shelter. For an adoption, one must complete a month long trial to make sure you and the dog are a good fit! You can visit the shelter page for more information!
*BAPS also has a sponsorship program. Anyone interested can give 200,000 won for a dog to have their full health check, be neutered or spayed, and get any necessary dental work. If you are interested in sponsoring Rick, please let me know!
