Jackal needs a home!

We don't have too much info on this guy yet! But, we are working on it!

This guy is also super friendly! He appears quite young.. perhaps even under one year. He is eager to get out of his cage and loves any amount of attention you are willing to give.

He needs to go to his forever home or foster home before the stresses of shelter life get to him.

UPDATE July 13th

Jackal is still at the shelter! He is growing quite fast! He is still such a sweet boy, he doesn't show any aggression. He really needs a guardian angel to give him a chance to shine!

UPDATE: November 28th

Jackal is STILL at the shelter!!! The poor boy is really skinny and we are really worried about him making it through the winter... He really really needs a nice warm home with more food and some TLC now more than ever.

Please please please consider taking him in....

UPDATE: December 20

Jackal is still waiting at Asan. The temp is currenlty -6. He would prefer to be in a warm home instead of in an outdoor shelter. Please consider helping him!

UPDATE: December 22

Yesterday I went to the shelter with a potential adopter for Jackal. I have to say that he is just amazing! He has grown a lot! He is now 22kgs! And despite having spent his puppyhood in the shelter he has an amazingly sweet, calm nature. He was on his best behaviour =)

We also took him to the vet, he is negative for heartworm! YAY! Has a little ear infection and will need vaccinations but other than that he is healthy. The last stages of his adoption are being worked out at the moment and I'm really hopefully that he will soon be with his forever family. - Watch this space!

UPDATE: December 25th

Jackal went home with his adopter last night! Just in time for Christmas :)

He is doing well, he is very shy and scared. We are sure with a little more time and TLC he is settle in just fine.

This sweetie certainly needs some regular food and water. I am looking forward to getting to know more about this dog in the weeks to come.

Jackal is a very striking dog with handsome features and a kind disposition. I was not able to go into his enclosure today, but it's a goal to get more information on this guy in the weeks ahead.

This puppy is really great. He is at an impressionable age and is very submissive. It is important that he leave the shelter because I fear he could break. He has licked his poor leg raw and is unable to move around too much. Not the life for a sweet puppy.

It's hard to say with shelter dogs~ he certainly loves to have visitors and loves to be cuddles and walked. He hasn't had any problems around the other dogs. He is still young and I'm sure he would do really well if given the opportunity to be part of a family. He doesn't appear to have any aggressive behaviors or anything like that.
