Description:
Teddy was abandoned by his owner who had made arrangements with an awesome temporary foster to keep him until she could send him to live with her in the States. This owner, however, never contacted the foster and never responded to repeated attempts by the foster to contact her. So now, Teddy and his foster family are in a difficult position, as Teddy was supposed to fly home after just 3 weeks, but that time has come and gone. Now, the foster family is leaving Korea and is unable to take care of Teddy any longer. We are looking for a foster home, or better yet a forever home for this lovely young chap!
