UPDATE
Balu's foster mom decided to adopt him!

This precious little chubby came from a breeding situation in Seoul. Balu is now a friendly little chap who is learning to prance and play and loves human contact. He deserves nothing but the best of homes. He has been through enough. We have seen him go from a broken spirit to a happy, trusting, silly Pom and we are so very proud of him.

Personality: Balu goes potty outside but uses a pee pad sometimes too. He's very friendly with other animals and people. Balu is house trained, positive, energetic and handsome fella.

Health status: 9kg, 4 year old, heart worm negative, neutered, clean skin, healthy fur. Up to date on "Revolution", vaccinated.
Balu has some weight problems and needs to lose weight. It's not difficult at all since he loves being outside and exercise.

Balu is also a victim of one irresponsible breeder - his owner.
What is wrong with Balu? Let me tell you what's wrong with him - he is too big for another dog that person owns, female Pomeranian. What to do? Get rid of the dog, of course!
Why not to neuter the dog and just keep him? "What for?" was the answer.
Balu's life is in danger. He needs to go NOW, because he can't be used anymore. Who knows where Balu will end up tomorrow? City pound? Pet store? At another back yard breeder's?
