Mingki has just lost her mummy :(
UPDATE: October 29
So Mingki has been through yet another ordeal. Her foster was not a good match unfortunately and the gave her up the day after taking her :( But she is now in a new foster home and doing great! She is now calm and happy~ the barking has stopped and she has return to being her lovable normal self. Her new foster mum has also fallen in love with Mingki!
UPDATE: October 22
Last night, Mingki went into foster care. She is having some anxiety and was barking and even nipped (warning nips not biting)! She clearly is under a lot of stress and needs some time to settle into her new environment. Her whole world has been turned upside down, it's understandable that she is going to need some time and patience.
She did not undergo any surgery yesterday as planned because her foster mum would prefer for her to settle in first before she goes through that.
The foster family are not sure how long they can foster for, so if you are interested in helping Mingki, please don't hesitate to contact me.
UPDATE: October 20
Mingki is still living alone in her former owners house. =(
Tomorrow she will be going to the vet to be spayed and to have minor surgery because of a congenital rupture (that's how it was translated to me). The vet said the surgery is simple and she won't need any ongoing treatment. She will stay in the vet for one night and then be taken back to live alone =(
The family want to find her a family ASAP. They want to give her the best chance at a new life.
Please consider helping Mingki.
She was owned by an elderly lady who sadly passed on Wednesday. She is now staying in her house alone, people are coming by to feed her - that's it.
The family members cannot keep her and dont know what to do. They are grieving their mother and busy planning her funeral.
I fear that she will end up in a shelter if we cant find a foster or forever home for her.
She is 5 years old and most likely a purebred.
She has spent her life being a loved lap dog, she hasnt been around other dogs so I cant say how she will do around them. She also is most likely not fully vaccinated because her owner thought it was unnecessary because she didnt go outside...
Please help if you can!
If you can help, please email me at [email protected]
