You've got to meet Bartholomew! He's an adorable and cuddly "mini-retriever" who is super eager to hang out with you! Watching him waddle through some damp clover in Duryu park is an overwhelming experience. You'll love him!
Bart is one of the dogs that came to the shelter in Daegu after the KAPS shelter in Boeun closed. He had been in the Boeun shelter for years; he may even be close to ten years old now. Although he was safe and sound at Boeun, he was rather over-fed and under-exercised. The result is that he'd much prefer to hang around at ground level, which is not all that different from his standing level, and receive much petting, than to go for a stroll. Of course, we try to coax him to go on walks, and if you adopt him, please show him the joys of walking, so that he, too, can one day majestically inspire adoration as he bounds energetically through or across stuff.
Currently, Bart is hanging around at the KAPS shelter, as the self-appointed greeter and everybody-lover. Come meet him, take him for a walk, and then take him home! He's up for adoption and he really deserves a real home for once in his life.

Hello! Is little Bart available for foster? Or adopt only? Thank you! I have a dog at home who I am sure would love a calm companion for these next few winter months.
