Description:
This dog is beautiful. His name is Scruffy and he arrived at Goyang shelter last night. When I arrived there today, two children were petting the dog and getting lots of licks. The dog is SOOOOOOO sweet and friendly and lay up against the bars to get rubs, cuddles and tickles. He didn't seem to be able to bark so maybe vocal chords have been cut??
As soon as I know more I'll edit. I know the dog is young and fabulous. A new favorite!!! Please consider coming to see him.

Scruffy was adopted today...YAYYYYY
He is off to a wonderful life with his new family in Daegu for now and the states in the future.
Thanks so much to Jennifer, Tim, Emily and Tom. Scruffy couldn't have gone to a better home.
