Description:
Hoots was fostered by a US military family over a year but they gave her to Dr. Choi in 2013 due to an allergy problem. She is HW negative. She is very friendly and used to be around all the other abandoned dogs in his clinic in Kangnam, Seoul. She really wants to go to a forever home. Wow! I am the love bug dog - so many people contactedLosuie to adopt or foste rme. A couple saw me last night and fell in love with me! They have to ask their landlord for permission to adopt me - oh please please let's hope the landlord gives the thumbs up tonight!
