Ari is a pure breed Shi Tzu - a very cute wee little guy. He is very small for a Shi Tzu. His owner abandoned approximately a year ago in 2013. He has a skin condition -aptopea - which is treatable with special diet and medication. He is friendly but a wee bit shy. He is HW negative. Please think of providing him a foster home or forever home.
