Sarang(‘Sarang’ means love in Korean) is full of love to share with everybody.
He is about 7 years young, little over 4 kg.
He came to the city pound last winter (Oct, 2013). Everybody thought he had an owner coming for his soon as he had a pretty pink harness when he was found. However, the owner never showed up.
As time goes, volunteers started to see something was going on with his eyes. He had a lot of discharges from both eyes.
Last winter, the city pound was too cold for her, and discharge from his eyes started to get frozen. Unfortunately, eyes were not only part of his body that was getting frozen. His muzzle was getting frozen as well. With frozen muzzle, he would not give up on sticking his muzzle out of cage to get people’s attention, resulting in skin abrasion. He was waiting to be euthanized with frozen eyes, muzzle and mind.
Fortunately, somebody stepped up to foster him, and he was able to received adequate treatment for eyes and muzzle.
He had Corneal ulcer which was all treated. However, he continues to have dry eyes, which requires daily medication (three different medication). He does not have any vision issues.
He was also found that he had fracture on small supportive bone of right back leg. He does not need any surgery, and it is naturally healing. No issues on nerves or hip joints. Due to previous fracture, he sometimes falls when running. According to vet, it will get better as he gains bone healing and muscle strength.
Besides of all the medical issues he has/had, she is such a gentle, calm, and submissive dog.
According to previous foster family, he is not needy at all. He did not do anything that foster family would not like.
He is potty trained, and submissive to other dogs/people. No barking issues.
He has been several foster homes so far, now we are hoping to find a forever home.
Can we????

He has a potential adopter. If everything goes well, he may fly to the states. Untill he actually goes to the states, the status will be pending.
