The one & only: ELIZABETH TAYLOR
3/9.. I'm seriouslyyy confused?!? Why am I still waiting? If I could describe myself in one word.. PERFECTION (in doggy form... the best kind!)
1/20.. Why is it divas have to wait a lifetime for happiness?! I'm happy (I roam the shelter during the day, get treats, hang out with people, play with the pups) but.. I want a family that will give me all their love and attention. I'm smart, very pretty, good listener, and 100% independent. Look at my face!! How could one say no?
This glamour girl caught my heart on the last Asan trip, and it became clear from that moment.. she needs an immediate home. She is a curious socialite ready to take the world by storm. She stayed by my side the entire day, just waiting for the moment my hands became free. Free so that I could pick her up, provide extra cuddling (and snacks!!!). She is gorgeous -- all white and black, and small enough for someone looking for a lap dog. Shes the kind of girl that will provide you with confidence and in return seek never ending love. Shes a girly girl -- looking for that right girl, or guy to sweep off their feet :)
Please consider Elizabeth -- she keeps waiting, and deserves a lifetime of pampering. If interested, please contact Sofia at [email protected]

So cute! Reminds me so much of my dog, who is the best dog ever (biased? :)
She definitely seems like a sweetheart and I'm sure would make a great companion for someone(s).
I hope she doesn't have to keep waiting too long...

This dog really is so beautiful. I have to say I'm in love. She was one of the few dogs that got to just hang out free, not on a leash or in a cage, yesterday. So she got to run around, greet visitors, hang out and got lots of pets and attention and fun. She didn't get into trouble and she got along with the other dogs very well. She really does seem like she'd be the perfect dog for the movies! She could be cast as a kid's best friend, or a devoted family pet, or a person's friend, going on hikes and sitting shot gun.

I visited with Elizabeth Taylor today. This crafty pup can escape her pen, but only uses her powers for good. She keeps an eye on things and provides love when she sees that it is needed. She's beautiful and loving, and like everyone already mentioned, a really perfect pup! Please consider her!

Elizabeth Taylor is now a constant Asan wanderer. She blends in with the scenery and watches over things. I do not think she is comfortable with this role here though; she wants to be in a home, with a few select people to love, and love her back. Please consider her.

Liz is so lovely. She seems like the almost perfect dog: cute, companionable, and smart!
If I were still in Korea she'd be top of my list to adopt a second dog.
And not just because she and my dog could almost be sisters.
How is she handling the cold at Asan?

Liz is doing alright this winter. Shes coping with the cold, but confused why nobodys come for her yet. Im SO convinced this girl is either a genius, or human.. Last weekend, all the voluteers were packing up to leave and walking down the hill -- all the sudden, Liz comes RUNNING full speed down the hill to catch up with everyone. Mr Park from the shelter started calling her name to get her to go back up.. and she was not happy about it!! She went to each and every person at the bottom to say goodbye, and give those quicckkkk gimme a home, TAKEEEE MEE eyes. She did listen, and went back up.. but you could tell she really wanted to come with us. Smart, obedient, loving and beautiful.. consider Elizabeth!!!!!

Okay, I seriously like this little girl! I may be interested in fostering her, pending her health check-up and a meet-and-greet with my mini schnauzer. Can I have more information on her health, personality, behavioral issues, training, and weight. Please let me know!

I am determined to get a video of Liz this weekend doing her climbing trick :) Watch this space!
Amanda-n-Leeloo - we will update you as soon as we can. Each volunteer tends to know more about a particular dog and as much as I say hi to Liz when I'm there, I must say I haven't spent too much time with her. What I CAN tell you is that she will get along with any other dog, her personality is wonderful - she loves people, dogs & has no problem with cats.
Because she's in the shelter, it's difficult to say whether she has any behavioural issues. I seriously doubt it. She is all-round fabulous - I'm surprised she hasn't been snatched up yet!!

Stefaniee, no, sorry I can't foster her but I LOVE this dog. She is a wonderful gal and I saw that she was sponsored for a health check up in early Dec. so I was just wondering what the results were. Maybe someone going to the shelter this weekend can ask Mr. Park?

To clarify.. Elizabeth HAS NOT had a medical check yet.. She is still searching for a home. I will update with more informaton regarding a health check ASAP.
Elizabeth is a very smart girl.. She needs someone that will allow her to prove this. Shes on the medium side.. but smaller in that range, and very attentative to people. She listens, and keeps an eye out over the shelter. Shes like the "Asan Mascot".

Lizzie knows she's beautiful. Look at her, what a model :)
Elizabeth Taylor is such a laid back little pup and beautiful too. She looks like a miniature Border Collie and just loves everyone. I think she's perfect for anyone looking for a calm but affectionate dog.
Hmm....yet another consideration for fostering; why must they all be so cute?

Should I submit a separate application for Elizabeth Taylor? Oh dear lord she’s ADORABLE.
