Choco is a gorgeous dog waiting for someone she can trust to.
Choco is a dog rescued from the streets of a small town, and the outside world is a new and sometimes scary place for her.
Because of her past, acting like a family dog is totally new to Choco, and she’ll need to learn to walk on a leash, play with toys, potty outside and use basic manners. When you come to meet her she’ll likely be very shy, but she will open up to patient adopters who will spend the time teaching her to trust them.
Choco loves playing with her penmate, but she hasn’t met many other dogs yet. If you’ve got a quiet, adults-only home that you’d like to open to Choco, please contact us.

Choco is SUCH a sweet dog! Please definitely consider her! She is so patient and sweet with her little dog friend- not competitive with the food at all. She's been waiting a while- please take her home with you!

I visited Choco today. She just wants to love. She is still very timid with people. She needs a forever home to help her change that!

She is much better now. That's why we desp. need more volunteers - just to come and spend time with this girl and other dogs.

I wish I lived closer so I could come volunteer. Is there any volunteers that travel to asan from the bundang area?

Is she house trained? I am interested in her, but I am afraid I will not have the time needed to do house training (she may be alone for up to 7 hours 2 or 3 days a week).

Thank you. For volunteering, does one just show up? I would only be able to do weekends every once in a while, would this be a problem? Are you looking for volunteers who can give exact and consistent time commitments?

Choco looked cold last weekend. I ordered a coat for Mung-gu and Kui-dong, but forgot about Choco. I will see about rectifying that ASAP.
Also, she misses Jackson, her longtime roomie. Maybe they could be walked together some time.

I spent some time with Choco on Sunday, and there's no doubt that she is a wonderful dog! She seems to be very intelligent and sensitive, and she wants so badly to make friends but her fear limits her somewhat. I think once she bonds with someone, it will be a simply amazing relationship that will last a life-time!

Hi Super G! I'm so sorry- i thought someone had responded to your earlier volunteer questions. Are you on FB? http://www.facebook.com/events/135702546545868/ is the event for the Asan trip going on tomorrow. We usually go on a saturday or a sunday each week. There is no ongoing commitment required; just come when you can and give the animals love. If you are not on facebook, feel free to email me! [email protected] and i can give you the details! Thank you!

Choco would benefit SO MUCH from having her own person to help her come out of her shell. She is so beautiful, but still very timid. There has got to be someone out there who can show her something good?

Yay! This is great news, I so badly wanted to take her in, but I was afraid I wouldn't have the time to give her all the love and special attention she will need.
I am so happy she has found someone.
Adoption or foster?
