Update: Ogy is STILL waiting for someone to give him a chance. He's such a great little dog, but he is becoming a little more shy the longer he stays in the shelter. Could you be the one to give Ogy a home of his own?
Is it my turn yet? Ogy is such a sweetie pie. Volunteers come and go, but Ogy's still waiting. Which is a pity because he is a very likable little guy. He loves attention, though he can be a little shy at first when he meets new people. Once he knows you, he loves to cuddle and get out for a walk. He was brought to Asan shelter in 2009. He has survived two long cold winters and was moved to a clinic to take care of a minor health issue. He is now in great health, and is just waiting at Daejeon Paws for someone to come along and give him a chance. He's playful with other dogs, but never aggressive. He's been through so much, and is still a good boy with a bright (though a little shy) personality. You can read more about Ogy at this link from the old version of the ARK website: http://www.animalrescuekorea.org/forums/showthread.php?t=5114&highlight=... Given a chance, he could be a great pal. Please consider adopting or fostering him. You can also make a difference in Ogy's life just by dropping by the shelter and spending some time with him. If you'd like to meet Ogy, please let me know.

He has the most expressive face!
I read in the old thread that he's been looking for a home since the end of 2009? Poor guy! He has been waiting so long. I hope he can get a foster or forever home soon.

OMG! What a cutie. That's awful how long he's been at the shelter. :( If I didn't have 4 already, I would take him in a heartbeat. I love his eyes.

Ogy is doing well these days. For the past few months, he was sharing a cage with another dog that was a bit dominant and aggressive. For the past two weeks, Ogy has had his own space, and it's making a big difference in his personality. He's much happier and friendlier. Please consider coming by for a visit. Ogy could be a great pal if only someone would give him a chance.

I wish when I was back visiting Korea I had come to see Ogy. He seems like such a sweetheart it would have been great to meet him in person!

What a handsome little fella! Is Ogy a rather quiet dog? It says he's shy, but I wasn't sure if that meant quiet. Unfortunately, my walls are thin and I don't think my landlord likes me very much and so I'd love to adopt a dog who's a little bit on the quieter side. I would hate to try and give him a good, loving home only to have my landlord saying the cute lil guy is being too noisy :-(.
