She is at the Yongsan US Army base shelter, I can provide access if interested.

Sorry, I'm not in Korea and not in a position to adopt or foster :( I was asking because it would be good to have more information about the shelter where these animals are living... If you'd like (and if you have permission from the shelter) you could create a page about the Yongsan base shelter for ARK's Animal Shelters listings. It might give all the animals there more exposure and more chance for adoption.
In any case, it's awesome of you to help people adopt from there!
