Perry is an affectionate, fun loving little shitzu-bostie mix (though there could be a bit of french bulldog in there too). He is full of fun and always looks like he's smiling! When I first took him in, he was a little needy but with regular exercise and some toys he has calmed down a lot and is happy to spend time chilling out on his own.
He is very much a praise motivated dog, extremely eager for approval. He responds well to voice commands and I'll try him out with a clicker. His house training is coming along nicely, and he loves to do little tricks.
He is microchipped which means he can travel just about anywhere. His has had all his shots, including rabies.
Originally rescued from Cheongju pound where he was on the kill list. He has been through a lot since and really needs some stability. This little charmer needs a loving home that will be forever this time. Please consider this sweetheart!

He also kind of likes being washed and groomed, which is good because he is a bit on the heavy shedding side!

He does have an amazing smile. Definitely seems like quite a charmer.
Thank you for taking him in and trying to find him a home!

Hi there, a rescue I have worked with in the past has inquired about Perry. They found a fantastic home for two of our french bulldogs within just a few weeks. They are interested in helping Perry, is he still available?

Hey, in Perry's case I am looking for a permanent home rather than another temporary situation! I have got quite a few applications and one is looking really good!

Sure understandable, the rescue wouldnt be a temporary situation though. The rescue literally has so many apps that each animal has almost 100 apps to choose from per animal. And each time we placed an animal with them they were in a screened forever home when they arrived. Plus, the animals being placed thru this well known and well established rescue has a support system for the animals in the same country they are adopted, if ever a future problem arises, they are there and able to help...whereas in Korea most of us are and adopt to expats that will leave the country someday. Anyhow, I just knew that Perry was already subjected to a rehoming once and wanted to help him avoid it happening again...I have watched him and rooted for him since coming out of the pound. In fact, we were considering making the drive to get him out, luckily someone beat us to it ;)
Good luck and hoping the best for Perry, he is such a cutie pie! Thanks for advocating for him :D
