Ralph (now Teddy) is doing well at his new home after dealing with a bout of pneumonia.

On September 5, 2012, three adorable little boys were born to my foster dog, Cara, who is a sweet and beautiful poodle.
Cara must have conceived shortly before I picked her up from the shelter, as I was completely unaware that she was pregnant until a couple of weeks later.
At this time, I have my own dog, and two fosters on top of the puppies, and so I am looking for some good homes for these little guys for as soon as they are weaned, which should be by early November.
Although I have no idea what kind of dog the father of these puppies is, I’ve recently begun to think that Cara was a busy little girl at the shelter, as each puppy appears to be a different kind of mix! This, of course, is most likely not the case, however, it’s fun to imagine things sometimes, so please bear with me!
This is Ralph, a poodle/spaniel/sweetheart cross.
Ralph has the shorter forehead and wider muzzle of a Spaniel, and the temperament of a doll! He is the quietest of the three, and possibly the most affectionate. He loves to play with his mom and brothers, but his favourite activity is to find a nice warm elbow, shoulder or lap to curl up on and snuggle right on in for as long as he can. Of the three puppies, Ralph was the first one I saw wag his tail!
