The vet just informed me this girl got adopted! Congrats, wish you the best in your new home ♥

Lil' Hope is still at the vet! It's not an ideal situation, it's very uncertain and she is becoming more wary of human touch. It's also stressful to be all day with the barking of other animals under vet care. I was so stressed myself! Please consider giving this kitten a home. Opposed to her brother http://www.animalrescuekorea.org/cat/1380 , she is very calmed and not so vocal.
*UPDATE*
I was surprised when I heard from the vet that both cats were adopted last Sunday (Lil' Hope and her mom http://www.animalrescuekorea.org/cat/1310 ). The woman who adopted them didn't contact me, didn't fill in the application, there was no screening process, so I felt uneasy. As much as I felt happy for them, I wanted to be sure about their future and to know they were in hands of a reliable, responsible person. I wasn't so surprised when I heard their new "mom" returned them next morning because they were too loud the night before. So... if you are interested in helping Hope and lil' Hope, please keep in mind that they will most certainly meow. Also, please understand that the application is required and the screening process is important, for the cats and for the possible adopter as well.
If you can help Lil' Hope or you would like to visit her, contact me anytime!
*THE STORY*
I was coming home with my husband last Friday night (Oct. 5th) and we were waiting for the elevator when I heard a cat crying. We went to look for the source and we found two women standing between some bushes, pointing at a cat while holding a beautiful kitten. They asked us if we could help, and then explained that they were trying to get them to a nearby vet clinic for treatment, since they looked so thin. I was skeptical about getting them to the vet, since the risk of them being sent to a kill shelter is so high, but there didn't seem to be a better option. So I tried to get Hope while my husband went to get the carrier, and to my sursprise, she came to me right away, rubbing her skinny face one my hand. We put both cats in the carrier and headed off to the vet clinic. Lil' Hope is a very cute kitten, but I couldn't see any particular trace of her character yet.
The vet said he will keep them as long as he can (we don't know how long is that) and he also said they don't seem to have any health problems. Lil' Hope is around 3 months old and she eats dry food without problem. If you are interested in taking her, it doesn't matter if you don't live in Bucheon, some transporting issues can be sorted out!
