Going for a walk in Yeouido park tonight, we noticed some bunny rabbits and walked a bit closer to them. Then we noticed a cat trying to pounce on the bunny. Seeing the cat move away after defeat we followed it with our eyes and noticed a few baby kittens. One was cream and orange and wasn't moving away from me too fast, it was eating some kind of meat from a shell. As I was considering catching it my husband called me over to the other side of the bush where he had a twig and was playing with this much healthier looking orange kitty.

We just reached down and picked him up. Having a cat carrier in the car we put him in it and then took a few cans of tuna to the growing number of cats that were around us. (14 that I counted in total in the community) We fed them all well ( they all seemed like family, orange mostly, and a few orange with cream and black) and took off with one of their brood. This kitty at least, will not have to live outside this winter and will find that loving forever home.

We took him straight to the vet and while she was checking him he was purring and purring. She could barely hear his heat beat he was purring so much. A bit of skin medicine and an overall check up gives him a clean bill of health.

He is well fed now and sleeping in a wonderfully warm blanket on our balcony. Until next week when the disease tests come back we have to have him in a bit of quarantine. We have a crowded house with our 2 cats and the last fosters that we took in in May still with us. We can't have 5 for very long. So this guy is hoping to be someone's Thanksgiving kitten!!
