*Update-September 25th*
Great news. Tina has been officially adopted. She's having a great time in her new home in Geoje. Tina was adopted by a great family along with fellow BAPS dog Cody and they have become like brother and sister. Tina and Cody are lucky enough to spend their time running through the countryside and swimming at the beach together.
*Update-September 1st*
Lovely Tina has stolen the heart of a great family and has gone home with them as a trial foster. The trial lasts one month, and hopefully at the end she'll get to stay with these sweet people. I hope for the best for this great girl!
*Update-August 5th*
Tina is adapting very well to life at BAPS. She still can't go for walks until her antibodies build up, but when we bring her out for photos, she is very cuddly and loving. She's a ball of energy and will make a great buddy for someone.
Here's a video of little Tina in action: http://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtu.be&v=GGMRRiWOc0c&desktop_uri=%2...
Tina recently arrived at BAPS from a local kill pound. Now this little girl is safe at BAPS and has the chance to find her forever home. Tina is a super friendly Miniature Pinscher, about 1-2 years old. She is tiny and the perfect size for any apartment. Tina is super cute and has beautiful big eyes. Tina arrived at BAPS wearing a collar, she has obviously been someone's pet but the poor girl is now without a home of her own. Please consider giving Tina a new home. Like all BAPS dogs Tina and her friends were given human names. We usually name them after a theme and the new arrivals from the pound were all named after famous comedians. Tina hasn't been out for a walk yet. As she was rescued from the pound 2 weeks ago she still has to build up her antibodies level before she can go for a walk.
Medical history:
Tina is heartworm negative.
Tina is a BAPS dog, which means anyone interested in fostering or adopting him will need to complete the adoption application (http://www.animalrescuekorea.org/adoption-application) and volunteer two Sundays in a row (from 11-3) at our shelter. For an adoption, one must complete a month long trial to make sure you and the dog are a good fit! You can visit the shelter page for more information!
*BAPS also has a sponsorship program. Anyone interested can give 200,000 won for a dog to have their full health check, be neutered or spayed, and get any necessary dental work. If you are interested in sponsoring Tina, please let me know!
