Socks is an incredibly cute and lively 2.5 month old puppy whose pregnant mother was found near Yongsan army base and transferred to Whiskers Mini-Stop. The mum gave birth to five puppies that day! Thanks to Whiskers, the pups are healthy and happy. Socks is the only brown and black one in the bunch, her brothers are mostly white and you might not even think they are from the same litter. It looks like she might develop a wire or broken coat and she has an adorable black snout which gives her a 'littlest hobo' sort of appearance. As her name suggests, she has two white socks on her front feet. Socks father is unknown and her mother weighs about 4 kg so it's unclear how big she will get but probably not too much bigger than her mum. Right now she weighs about 2 kg.

Thanks to her previous foster person, Socks is puppy-pad and crate trained. She is learning to walk well on a leash and respond to commands in English accompanied by hand signals. We are teaching her hand-signals in addition to verbal so that her new permanent stewards will have an easy time inter-changing the English commands for Korean or any language.

This puppy is full of love and energy. She likes to go for walks, enjoy a little play and then curl up on her blanket with a toy. She is very young so she will need an owner with the time and motivation to help her become a great, well-mannered dog.
