April 25, 2014:
Bee has been adopted and is now living in California with her forever family.
April 23, 2014:
Poor Bee is still struggling with house training. Her foster is trying oh so very hard, and keeps her outside for as long as possible, and Bee will still do her business indoors. She must just be terribly confused! We are working on setting things straight. Suggestions are welcomed! :)
March 28, 2014:
Bee returned to her foster home after a month at the training center! Will update with more details soon!
UPDATE Feb 18
Bee has really improved lately - there haven't been any noise issues =) This means that her foster family can keep fostering her! Yay! Her foster mum is going away for a little while and they are sending Bee to the training school for a month while they are gone ~ this will be great for Bee!
I can't believe this gorgeous girl is still waiting for her forever family to come along!
UPDATE Feb 11
Today Bee's foster mum contacted me and said that their neighbours have complained about barking and they can no longer keep her :(
Recently Bee has been crated when they are out because she has been getting into things. This seems to be when the barking has started. I think that it may not be an issue if Bee can be left with the run of the house or if a baby gate was used to confine her and other dogs (she is great with other dogs!) It's most likely a crate training issue. :(
Bee still prefers to go potty inside too.. im sure with some more potty training she would learn to prefer outside.. she is such a smart girl!
If you are able to foster and train this girl please contact me at [email protected]
UPDATE: January 21
Bee is doing great in her foster home. She is almost pee pad trained - always does her business on there or just off to the side. She isn't going to the toilet outside yet, but I'm sure she will learn fast.
Bee is getting along well with the other dogs in the house and children too! She is only chewing her toys and is only noisy when there are people at the door. A^^ What an angel. She does need to catch up on some manners but so far, so good. Bee has only been in her foster home for a few days so I'm sure we are slowly going to find out more and more about her personality =)
UPDATE: January 18
Today Bee went into foster care! Yay!
She also had a health check up and is healthy! Yay!
Please keep checking her profile - I will have more photos and detailed information about her personality soon =)
Bee has just arrived at Asan Shelter!
She is a still just a baby at only 5 months old! She is about 8kgs at the moment.
Being so young it is urgent that we get her out of the shelter for two reasons. First, for her health! A shelter is no place for a young unvaccinated puppy - her health is at risk. And second because she is in a crucial development period! She needs love, patience and guidance to become a healthy, happy, well-rounded doggy.
I'm sorry that we don't have much info on her personality at the moment, she seems to get along with other dogs and is as sweet as any puppy is.
Please consider fostering or adopting this little darling!
For both fostering or adopting please fill out this application: www.animalrescuekorea.org/adoption-application
Thank you
