She came to the Ulsan city pound in a small box with her litter mates.
Probably, uneducated (uneducated regarding pet ownership) pet owners did not spay/neuter their pets and did not know what to do with puppies.
She is about 2 month old, cute and playful.
She is currently at foster home with litter mates.
