UPDATE - April 18th: Bubbles is SO well behaved these days! I realised this today when I slept in later than usual and he was snoozing by my bed, not making a sound. Once he saw that I was awake he yawned and stretched and walked around a bit just like I did. He really adapts to any routine so easily! On our morning walkies some little children wanted to pet him so Bubbles went over and sat down in front of them while they petted his head. They loved him!
UPDATE - April 2nd: Bubbles is still waiting to find his loving forever family. He is being crate trained this week and he has been practicing walking behind me when we go for walkies instead of leading and he is a changed pup already! He is so much more relaxed when we are walking and he doesn't even bat an eyelid when I leave the apartment. Bubbles is such an amazingly cute and loving dog. He just wants someone to give him a chance!
UPDATE - March 27th: Bubbles is learning some new commands to help raise his confidence ready for adoption and he is responding really well so far. He already knows "sit" "stay" and sometimes come (if he's not distracted by birds or leaves!) but he is now learning lay down and hopefully soon will be able to give me his paw. He might even have some party tricks to show off soon!
Also, I was told that you can't tell how small Bubbles is in the pictures and that he was a lot smaller than expected in person. He is super light (3.8kg) and slim and about 25cm tall, 38cm long and 13cm wide (rough estimate!) He is really easy to carry around in one arm and he usually likes to snuggle up to you when being carried.
UPDATE - March 24th: Bubbles' adoption fell through today because of his separation anxiety :( He is such a sweet, wonderful dog and he really needs someone who is ready to put time and patience into helping him adjust to his new home. Once he settles down and feels safe and comfortable, all the time and work will pay off 1000x over in cuddles and kisses and love!!
I think Bubbles would do really well in a home with another animal or with more than one person if possible because when he is bored or lonely his anxiety seems to show more.
********************************************************************************************
Bubbles is a cute, cheeky, excitable little ball of fun. He is bold and curious - he loves people and likes to sniff everyone we meet with great interest. He likes hiding under his bed and then jumping out, chasing toys and getting any kind of attention from people or dogs. He loves playing games and running around in circles.
When we go for walkies he loves running around, exploring trees and chasing birds. He also loves meeting new dogs and is not at all shy or aggressive. He loves being off the leash so he can explore and smell everything, and he comes back regularly for some love and attention before he runs off again.
He is also very well behaved indoors. He loves to lie down and chew his toys, and watch anyone in the room with him with great interest. He is peepad trained, though he prefers to go outside. Bubbles also doesn't seem to malt at all which is great as I hardly have to clean up after him. I have never found one of his hairs lying around anywhere. I think Bubbles might be a terrier mix, or something similar because of his size, his shaggy hair and his excitable personality. I also think his age is about a year and a half (and fully grown). He weighs 3.8kg and he is healthy, heartworm free and up to date with his vaccinations.
I, along with most of the people Bubbles meets have fallen in love with him. But Bubbles has some separation anxiety problems, which he has managed to overcome in my care but when he moves into his next home they may start up again. He has already been adopted and didn't cope well in his new surroundings so he was returned to me. I think he would do best in a home with another dog or with a family. He really is a fantastic dog and everyone LOVES him, but he really needs a forever family who are willing to work with him and give him time to adjust. He is such a cute, lovable and well behaved dog once he overcomes the initial adjustment period!
Rescue story: Bubbles was rescued by Mr Park along with his siblings and another family of dogs from a hoarder. His little sisters Blossom and Buttercup have already found their loving forever homes and now Bubbles needs to find his.
Here's a video of Bubbles playing:

Bubbles is getting better and better with people and dogs. He loves attention from anyone and when someone approaches us to pet him, he will run up to their hand and snuggle up to it. When we meet other dogs he likes to do a little dance to say hello. He doesn't bark or get scared, and if I call him away he will follow me. He is such a funny little character!

I've just realised that Bubbles actually tidies up his own toys after he plays with them! Whenever I play with him and his toys or throw his toys around to play fetch, he goes around picking them all up and putting them back in his bed later on when I'm not looking. I don't know how I didn't notice this before!

Hi, the last time Bubbles was weighed (about a month ago) he was 3.6kg. The vet thinks he is fully grown so won't get much bigger than that. Let me know if you have any more questions :)

Hi Laura,
Thank you for your replied. Is Bubble able to fit into a pet bag for travel? Do you have any recent pictures of Bubbles? Also, is Bubbles up to dates with his shots? For those who are interest in this little guy, would they have to fill out ARK adoption application? Keep me posted. Once again, thank you.

Yes he is the perfect size for a pet bag - I often take him in a pet bag on trains and he copes pretty well. He sometimes gets a bit scared and whimpery if he can't see or hear you because he thinks he's been left alone but other than that he's fine.
He isn't up to date with shots so he would need to go to the vet soon for that.
I am trying to upload a photo and a video i just took today but it doesn't seem to be working.. hopefully they'll be up today or tomorrow!
And yes, if anyone is interested in adopting little Bubbles they should complete the ARK adoption form and email it to me.
He is currently snuggled up in bed with his favorite angry bird toy :)

I just realised I never replied to this - we are not sure of his mix but we think he might have some yorkshire terrier or something similar in him because of his size, his shaggy hair and his excitable personality. Whatever the mix is, it's a good one!

Thank you Bubbles for letting Cookie stay with you. You seemed to have rubbed off on him well and he is preferring to go outside for the bathroom instead of inside. You were a good boyfriend replacement for him :)

I had some friends round the other day who are both petrified of dogs, but after about 10 minutes they were snuggling up with Bubbles, wrestling, playing fetch.. he is SO lovable and cute! I don't think there is a single person who doesn't fall madly in love with Bubbles!

Bubbles' adoption fell through :( he suffers from separation anxiety and became scared and confused in his new home and was returned to me. I am going to try teaching him more obedience comands and crate training him to give him more confidence and give him a safe place so he is not so anxious. Bubbles is such an amazing dog, I just hope I can find an equally amazing family who are willing to put in the time and care that he needs.

I am leaving Korea in 6 weeks :( and as much as I would LOVE to adopt Bubbles and take him with me, it just isn't possible. So Bubbles is looking for a new foster home, or better yet a forever home. He is such a cute, loveable little guy and he is quiet and loves playing and wrestling. He is house trained and though he prefers to go outside, he can't wait the 8 hours I am out at work so he usually uses the peepad in this time.
Bubbles has suffered from separation anxiety in the past, but certain training and exercises have helped him to overcome this in my care. He would probably take some time to adjust to his new surroundings but once he does he is the greatest dog ever! I am currently crate training him which should help him settle into a new environment much easier.
I have fallen so madly in love with Bubbles and I really hope a great person will be able to foster or adopt him soon! Please let me know if you are interested in fostering or adopting Bubbles and want to meet him.

I was lucky enough to babysit Bubbles for a few nights recently and I fell in love! There are only good things I can say about him.
1. He gets along well with other dogs & loves to play.
2. He is well-mannered!
3. He is perfectly house-trained.
4. He very rarely barks.
5. He is tiny and easy to transport.
6. He walks well on the lead.
7. When he gets excited he does the most adorable leaps into the air!
8. He would LOVE to sleep in the bed but he doesn't nag and is happy to sleep on the floor next to you.
And the list goes on! All in all, he is a pleasure in every way. Laura you've done a brilliant job with him! I hope he finds his forever home very soon <3

He was having a sleepover with Noodle, Big Puppy and Clare last weekend but he is back with his foster mummy now. He is still looking for a new home and he is on his best behaviour lately as all his training is having a hugely positive impact on him. He is so adoptable, he is just waiting for the perfect family to come along and fall in love with him. Fingers crossed!!

Bubbles and his friend the teddy bear have a love-hate relationship. Sometimes he snuggles up with it for a snooze, and sometimes he just loves to wrestle it:

BUBBLES HAS BEEN ADOPTED!! It sounds like he is settling in very well so far, especially considering his history of separation anxiety. Some words from his new family:
"We came home without any problem! He never barked and behaved really well. We took him for a walk around our apartment. It seemed he liked it. He walked well and got very excited to meet other dogs. Now he is sleeping beside me. He is doing much better than we expected."
"Bubbles is doing really well. When we leave him alone at home, he cries, but I'm giving him some training and it seems it's working. We had his hair cut today, and we went to Kook's parents' house. Their dog and he got along well."
I'm so happy that he has finally found his loving forever home :D
