He is a wonderful and loving boy. About 9-10 months old. Still under a year, but not a kitten like everyone wants. I have him in a temporary foster now but they can't keep him for more than a few weeks. Mishika is all ready to go to the USA (or countries with similar requirements) anytime: vaccines and rabies done, neutered, and healthy. If you are afraid about a busy schedule it shouldn't be a problem. He's fine on his own for a while. I've had to leave him alone for a day or two before. Be ready for a love attack after (and vocalize a little about his feelings) but he would just really love a nice home and a warm person to sleep with. He's fine with under the covers or in a cat tree. Good with other cats and any age people. He is a good bath taker, happy to be held and easy to travel with as long as he knows you are there.
I was suddenly fired from my job in December, because of a misunderstanding with my director. Though the issue was cleared up, I decided to go ahead and leave. I was already planning on leaving Korea when I finished, but since I was being pushed and pulled for 2 months and don't have the time and money I need. I am currently looking for work in Japan. However, the process to take an animal to Japan is difficult. Since I was supposed to be working and earning an income for another 4-6 months, it wasn't supposed to be a problem, but now I can't pay for everything that's needed. I meant to start the procedures ASAP, but then I had to wait until they finished vaccines and rabies... and at that point I was fired. I would aslo need to work through the whole process very quickly, along with finding a foster new home for him. I feel like the stress of everything, then the added travel and quarantine would be too stressful for him. Though he's not a baby kitten anymore, he is a very sweet and loving cat. He wouldn't need a lot of work.

I also couldn't take him home to the USA, because my mom has decided to retire and live with my sister, whose fiance is allergic to cats. The only other place I can go when I return home is with a friend who already has 2 cats, a dog, and 2 kids...
If you are interested, or know someone who would be, please tell me. I really want someone who will take him home (to their country) and give him a long loving life.
This is a home reassignment, so the 50,000 will be donated to the animal rescue association of your choice.

His current foster home is in Paju, but I am not working this month, so I am able to bring him to you as long as I can set a pick-up time in advance with the foster.

Hi, I really WANT to adopt another cat, but as my budget is super tight (Parent Student Loans) I'm pretty sure I won't be able to save for the flight for the non-cabin expense of the second cat. The best I could do is foster for a year, which I know is not ideal. Also because things are tight, it's best if I were to foster a cat who has had the bulk of their vet needs taken care of, which would be Mishika.
I have another cat about the same age. She was a terror for awhile but has settled down. I babysat an older cat once and he did not appreciate how playful she wanted to be, so I'd prefer to do a week trial. This might get you out of your dilemma and give my cat some teen company, but I also know it's not ideal for Mishika who needs a forever home. Anyway, let me know what you think.
