Mr. Sohn is super gentle with animals and very kind. He is happy to explain every condition in detail which I really like. His assistant does the grooming, she is a professional and very kind as well, although she does not speak English. Mr. Sohn's English is very very good. His clinic is very highly recommended by Korean clients also. He is very patient and kind.
